Fijn appartement, heel schoon, alles aanwezig en fijne centrale plek.

Departamento impecable, una mezcla perfecta de arquitectura clásica con decoración contemporánea, todo impecablemente limpio. Sus reglas son claras y precisas. Muy cerca de la estación de metro, panaderías, supermercado cerca y la zona muy bonita. Nos encantó!!

It was a gratis, clean, spacy and wellicht equiped appartement. It was closed to the u-bahn and s-bahn and had all comfort we neede for our city trip to Berlin.

Sari, Finland Positive: Erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto, huippu asiakaspalvelu, kaikki toimi. Iso asunto mahdollisti 5 hlön yöpymisen loistavasti. Negative: Sijainti esikaupunkialueella ja hieman sivussa, mutta junalla pääsi yhdellä vaihdolla lentoasemalle ja päänähtävyyksien äärelle. Jätteiden lajittelua voisi selkeyttää.

Fantastic location! This lovely apartment is in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg and is super close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment is clean and nice. It is definitely more of an apartment hotel than a traditional Airbnb and the communication from the owner is regular but definitely automated and not personal. This is not a bad thing - clearly it’s a well run operation - but worth noting depending on what someone is looking for. We thought it was a great place to stay. Nice big bathroom and kitchen too, and the bed was comfy. I’d recommend!

eine wirklich sehr geschmackvolle und schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt haben. alles war sauber und Geschirr ist genug vorhanden. es gibt auch eine kleine spülmaschine. die Umgebung ist sehr nett, einige Haltestellen des ÖPNV liegen in gut erreichbarer Nähe. ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Appartement vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht und äußerst gepflegt. Das Bett sowie die Couch waren ein Traum, so bequem, als würde man auf Wolken schlafen. Besonders schön fanden wir die hochwertigen Bensimon-Seifen sowie die liebevoll bereitgestellte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos online, und bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit die Gastgeber kontaktieren, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Vielen Dank.

Super fin lejlighed. Rummelig, ren og med alt hvad man kan behøve af udstyr mm. Meget let tilgængelig fra banegården og tæt på s-banen der tager dig videre. Extra service og personlig hilsen gør den her lejlighed og dette ophold til noget særligt. Vi kan helt sikkert anbefale Ben&Simon

Hartstikke fijne locatie voor een verblijf met kinderen. Dicht bij voorzieningen, dicht bij openbaar vervoer en leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving.

we booked in at short notice and there were 11 of us. communication and support were excellent. the apartment itself was fantastic. very clean, plenty of room for us all. location was a bit outside the main central area but not a problem at all as its very close to public transport options, or uber/scooter is easy.

This place is brilliant by its location and friendly service. It is quiet and clean. There are tons a quality restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay at BENSIMON and would definitely stay there again. Positive: The apartment was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Also, convenient to a subway stop. Negative: Nothing bad to say about the property

Stilvoll, ruhig, grosszügig, zentral: perfekt! Positive: Optimale Lage Prenzlauer Berg, Blick in den grünen Innenhof, total ruhig, sehr schöne, grosse renovierte Altbauwohnung mit grossem Balkon, gepflegt, super Stil. Wir waren begeistert. Beste Kommunikation, Gepäckraum optimal wenn man früher kommt, sehr aufmerksames Hosting mit Willkommens-Prosecco, kleinen Süssigkeiten nach dem ersten Tag, Tipps für Berlin auf einer Art IPAD. Suuuper Betten, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Rundherum schöne Restaurants, wenige Schritte zu ÖV, Lift im Haus. Es war einfach perfekt für uns, können Bensimon nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation war sehr persönlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Top!Top! Top! Wir lieben das Quartier, so lebendig, zu Fuss die tollsten Bars, Läden, Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder.

Positive: Een mooi, modern maar vooral schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, fijne douches en een zeer complete keuken. De ligging was ook ideaal met de metro en een supermarkt op een paar minuten afstand. Negative: Het enige minpunt was dat er twee locaties zijn van Bensimon, en allebei op huisnummer 4, andere straat alleen. En bij beide werkte de inlog code voor de eerste deur. Wij stonden dus in eerste instantie op het verkeerde adres. Eigen schuld, dat zeker. Maar blijkbaar waren we zeker niet de eerste waarbij het mis ging
