Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very simple from the first moment: We want our guests to feel at home in our apartments, without having to compromise on the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. That's why guests in each of our apartments on Choriner Straße find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

Our apartments are located in the heart of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Known colloquially as "Prenzlberg" by Berliners, it's considered one of the city's most popular and beautiful districts. Life pulsates in this charming area between historic buildings and trendy cafes. Indulge in culinary delights at the cozy restaurants in your vicinity or simply visit one of the hidden boutiques and immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of Berlin's cultural and street art scene.

Fun fact:The "Choriner Straße" is one of Berlin's top photo spots, known especially for its colorful pennants strung from house to house. They are part of the annual Choriner Straßenfest, a popular neighborhood festival with music and dance.

The "Choriner Straße" provides an ideal starting point to experience the vibrant hustle and bustle - whether it's at the "Kulturbrauerei" (200m away), on Sundays at the city-famous flea market in Mauerpark (700m away), or just strolling through the Kollwitzkiez. We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Airbnb of Ben & Simon! Super location with lots going on within walking distance without being too loud, very clean, good amenities. We loved hanging out on the big connected balcony together. Despite the summer heat the apartment stayed cool. Communication was fast and friendly. Self check-in and complimentary luggage storage before / after was perfect. Note that the luggage storage is shared with the other Ben & Simon Airbnbs in the building. The Airbnb works great for a short stay with a larger group, but since there’s only one bathroom, might be a bit tight for longer stays. Overall, we can only recommend this apartment. Thanks Ben & Simon!

Die Wohnung war trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet (kleine Begrüßungssnack an der Tür, die Tipps fürs Public Viewing und die bereits zum Schlafen vorbereitete Couch) Auch die Kommunikation vorab waren sehr professionell und unkompliziert. No smoking Smoking (incl. e-cicarettes) is not allowed inside the apartments or the apartment building. We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes as well the consumption of cannabis / marijuana etc.

No BBQ Please refrain from BBQing and smoking water pipes on the hotel premises, including on balconies and terraces.

No pets Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any kind of pets.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
