Super Lage, tolle Wohnung, sehr ruhig, geräumig, parken nicht ganz einfach, aber hatten Glück

super Positive: emplacement proche du métro, secteur calme, communication excellente, propreté, bagagerie, etc... Negative: Rien, tout était parfait. Je retiens l'adresse pour une éventuelle prochaine visite.

I liked the place. The shower was probably one of the best I ever had. Location is very far from downtown though. That’s the only downside. Everything else was real good

Man hat in der Unterkunft alles, was man braucht!

Zonder overdrijven: Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Het moderne appartement is met smaak ingericht, zeer proper en ideaal gelegen, op wandelafstand van de metro. Aan alles is gedacht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is meer dan voldoende aanwezig. De ruime inloopdouche is echt zalig en het hele appartement voelt heerlijk comfortabel en ruim aan. We werden extra verrast door de attente boodschappen en leuke extra’s tijdens ons verblijf – zo’n warm welkom maakt echt het verschil. De communicatie verliep bovendien vlot en snel, wat alles nog aangenamer maakte. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis. Wij komen héél graag terug! Berlijn is een geweldige stad, maar het appartement van Bensimon is echt de kers op de taart. Een absolute aanrader!

I strongly recommend this apartment. The location is very good and near de S+U tram. It is 7 to 8 min to the Train station. The Check-in and check-out are very simple as well as the access to the apartment. The team is very polite and the communication is proactive and flexible. The apartment is so beautiful and clean. It looks exactly like in picture. I spent an amazing time with my friends and the end they didn't want to leave the apartment Because It was so confortable. We also appreciated the welcome wine offer by Ben & Simon. The Kitchen is fully furnished and you have anything you need. I will love to come back again to this apartment. Thanks a lot Ben & Simon for the great hospitality.

Sehr Flexibel mit Check-In/-Out Super Gepäckraum

Très bon accueil. Appartement conforme aux photos et description. Très propre et bien équipé. La literie est bonne. Le quartier est calme. Transports en commun à 5 mn à pieds, trés pratique et facile d'aller au centre. Proche d'un supermarché. Je recommande fortement de loger ici. Des petites attentions tout au long du sejour.

Great apartment. Had everything we needed, all in good condition. Safe accessible neighbourhood. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the train line. Good choice of food shops close by. Comfortable beds. Let us check in early which was super helpful. Very responsive when needed. Thanks so much. Would definitely book again if in Berlin. Great city!

Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist gut durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts, vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft das was man normalerweise in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet, Dusche und Betten komfortabel. Nahe an U/S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gastgeber waren jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

I can only recomend this place for your stay in Berlin. The apartment is a 5 min walk away from a great supermarket, metro and train station. The apartment was clear, smelled good, and the kitchen was super complete with all the essentials. Simon is very nice, responsive and always weiling to help us with anything we needed. Denifitly worth the investment if you are traveling with family or friends and need a spacious and confortable place to rest at the end of the day.

Positive: L'appartamento era molto pulito. È molto facile fare check in e check out in autonomia, ogni giorno abbiamo trovato un regalino alla porta. Molto apprezzata la cura nella gestione. Negative: Non ci sono attrazioni turistiche da vedere nelle vicinanze ma è molto semplice prendere i mezzi.

As a group of 9, we had a perfect spot for us. The appartment is superb and close to transportation. We did great visit of Berlin. It was a great choice.

Vi har været super tilfredse med Lejligheden i Lynarstrasse 4 i Berlin. Meget fin og stor lejlighed med alt hvad man skal bruge. Dejlig der også er sengelinned og håndklæder og sengene er redt op når man ankommer. Meget fin service hele vejen fra bookning til afrejse og dejligt med små hilsener undervejs. Eine sehr große und schöne Wohnung! Check in war schnell und easy. Das Team drumherum hat mit uns kommuniziert und war sehr freundlich und nett.

Perfecto apartamento con ubicación excelente. Positive: Apartamento súper cómodo, amplio, limpio y con una ubicación excelente para llegar al centro de Berlín ya sea en tren o metro. En los alrededores tienes todo tipo de servicios necesarios . Negative: Por ponerle alguna pega y teniendo en cuenta que tampoco es imprescindible, sería más cómodo si contase con un microondas
