Feel like Wedding

What an amazing apartment. It easily accommodated our family of 5, and was just a short walk to both the U Bahn and S Bahn stations, making it easy to get around Berlin. The apartment was incredibly clean, and the communication leading up to and during our stay was very well done and had everything we needed to know. The ability to store our luggage ahead of time was very helpful as well!

Sehr professionell organisiert, super Wohnung alles da. Ganz nah an den Öffentlichen, 10 Minuten bis zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wedding als Stadtteil eher naja, Cafés gibt es genug Restaurants wenige. Rund um die Unterkunft ist das Parken sehr teuer. Die Erreichbarkeit mit Auto wegen der Fahrradstraßen und Baustellen sehr mühsam!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und ausgesprochen sauber. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Immer wieder gern!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und die Ausstattung war auch super. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: im Kleingedruckten steht, dass man noch extra Kurtaxe zahlen muss. Der zusätzliche Preis war für uns etwas unerwartet, vielleicht kann man dies bei der Buchung noch offensichtlicher kennzeichnen

sehr schöne Unterkunft: - modern und top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen - reichlich Geschirr - ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur S-Bahn - kein Verkehrslärm da in Fahrradstraße gelegen - kleiner Balkon zum trocknen von Wäsche, weniger zum Sitzen mit vielen Leuten - Aufzug im Gebäude - Gepäckaufbewahrung ist sehr praktisch - einziger etwas nerviger Punkt: es kamen echt viele Nachrichten vor und während des Aufenthalts per Mail. Das ist aber wahrscheinlich mehr AirBNB geschuldet. Wenn man mal nach konkreten Infos sucht (zB was beim Check-out zu beachten ist) sucht man lange in seinen 100 Mails die man erhalten hat.

Das Appartment von Ben & Simon ist einfach klasse, sie sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sei es die Kommunikation, die saubere Wohnung als auch die Aufmerksamkeiten, wie eine Flasche Prosecco oder eine kleide Goodie Tüte an der Tür. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin fahren, dann gern dort hin!

Top Unterkunft, wie beschrieben! Total auf proaktiven Service bedacht. Super Lage mit der S Bahn vor der Tür. Immer wieder!

交通便利空间宽敞 适合全家出行 Positive: 交通方便，离地铁站很近，附近有大的综合超市，很安静没有噪音。公寓里小家电和基础日用品挺全的，可以简单做饭。居住空间很宽敞，也很干净。工作人员沟通顺畅，回复消息很快。

Great home in Wedding Positive: Well furnished, every detail was taken care off. Good location, very friendly staff. We had a great family time. Metro was very close. Quiet and peaceful. Negative: Road was closed on both sides, taxis troped us at the corner.

Simon & Ben’s apartment was in a superb location to access public transport to get explore Berlin (2 mins walk to station). The apartment was light, airy and spotlessly clean. A lot of thought had gone into the provision of things to help your stay e.g. bottle wine & water upon arrival. The beds were comfy. A minor improvement could be to muffle the noise of chairs moving in the apartment above us at night. This is minor but would make for a perfectly quiet stay. We would stay here again, thank you.

Fantastic apartment with a great location. Close to the trains, coffee shops and a market right up the street. Apartment was large and beautiful. Comfy beds and amazing rain showers!! We’d stay again if back in Berlin.

We felt right at home with the welcome complementaries. Also when we needed something the staff brought it to our door the same day. The possibility to leave our suitcase in a protected and accessible area, after check out so we could explore the city without luggage was great. Thank you Simon, Ben and Staff.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt und der Check-in total unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de accommodatie van Bensimon in Berlijn. Mooi appartement, echt alles aanwezig. De locatie is perfect te bereiken met de U6. Supermarkt vlakbij. Bensimon is buitengewoon goed georganiseerd. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Loved staying at this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very easy to communicate with Simon and we appreciated the treats he left for us to enjoy. I fully recommend this place.
