Feel like Wedding

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Apartment von Ben und Simone. Beide waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und sehr verantwortungsbewusst. Sie haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir etwas benötigen – man fühlt sich wirklich bestens betreut. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön, sauber und äußerst angenehm. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass viel Wert auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Ben und Simone sowie ihr Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Great apartment and great hosts! Highly recommend for a place to stay while visiting Berlin.

I think this was the best Airbnb experience I had. The place was great, very comfortable, had everything I needed. The excellent communication with the hosts was a plus. The stroller, crib and high chair for the baby were very convenient. Everything was thought to make our stay better, even the Christmas tree was something that we were not expecting and made the kids day. The location was good, very easy to walk to the Ubahn and near a supermarket.

El apartamento era perfecto para nuestro grupo. Era espacioso, limpio, todo muy nuevo, con dos baños y cocina totalmente equipada. La estación de metro y tren y los supermercados están a menos de 5 minutos caminando, lo que hizo muy práctico desplazarse por Berlin.

I was suspicious of the overwhelming positive comments. Now I understand why the reviews are so positive. 1. We were able to enter the apartment before 3pm. There is a store room, but being able to unpack and rest a bit, before going out again is great. 2. Christmas tree was nice. Kids appreciated it a lot. 3. I didn't expect towels in the bathroom. Small things but when travelling it is always welcomed. 4. All my questions were answered timely and patiently. 5. Apartment was very quiet. We didn't hear any neighboors or the train in front of the building. 6. Super market nearby if you want to buy breakfast/dinner. 7. Great communication with the city center and hauptbahnhof. 8. The table was big enough to accomodate 6 people. We also were playing board games with no issues. The best airbnb stay that I have had so far. Related to Berlin as a whole: be aware of the surroundings. We had encounters with drugged/drunk/homeless. Nothing happened, but better to stay alert.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Sauberkeit top-Freundlichkeit hervorzuheben und Kommunikation sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Wir werden die Unterkunft bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder wählen.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, warm, and comfortable. It can accommodate a large group. The check-in process is straightforward, and the manager is always available if needed. Excellent location near the metro.

The property is exceptionally well designed and perfectly suited for an 8-person team. The layout, space, and functionality clearly reflect experience hosting professional groups. Everything felt intentional and mission-oriented. What truly sets this place apart are the QR codes and clear instructions throughout the property, covering usage, how-to guidance, and local recommendations. It’s obvious this host understands the profession and actively applies guest feedback to build an effective, well-run operation rather than a typical short-term rental. The only minor note is that the water heaters can struggle during back-to-back showers, but this was a non-issue and did not impact the stay. Aside from nearby street construction (outside the host’s control), this property is outstanding. Location was 20 minutes max to the "go-to" spots. Laundry was key, although no dryer. The bathrooms have heating radiators that did the trick. Grocery store is 5 minute walk (500 meters).

Clean, comfortable, exactly as described. Hope to stay again.

Agradable apartamento perfecto para grupos bien equipado y limpio Positive: El apartamento es grande pero acogedor, está equipado con todo lo necesario, y muy limpio. En nuestro caso eran tres habitaciones, todas ellas muy espaciosas y las camas también son muy cómodas. Los baños también estaban muy limpios y equipados con champú, acondicionador y gel. Sin duda, una muy buena elección. Además, los anfitriones son muy detallistas y atentos. La comunicación fue muy fácil y buena.

Gem of a place! Positive: Very nice layout. Plenty of hooks, storage space and bathrooms. Clean, accomodating and centrally located. Loved, loved the Christmas tree! And the presents that were delivered. Made us feel so welcomed!

The apartment was better than the photos! They don’t do it justice. Lots of lovely personal touches, newly refurbed and very comfortable. Personal touch on toiletries. Lighting very nice. Bed very comfy. Also great that there is a selection of tea bags and washing up liquid etc. ladies in the building were very lovely. Also asked for some local recommendations and we tried one out! Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment!
